Contact info you give us through booking forms or email (name, email, phone, address if needed for private tastings)
Payment info you provide directly through cash, check, or Zelle. We don't store card numbers or bank details, we're not a payment processor.
Basic site analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) to understand how people use the site

How We Use It

To confirm and manage your booking
To communicate with you about your event
To occasionally send updates about new tastings or offerings, if you've opted in
To improve the site based on how people actually use it

What We Don't Do

We don't sell or rent your information to third parties
We don't share your info with anyone outside of what's needed to run your event (for example, a venue you've booked through us)

Our site may use basic analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to understand traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you'd prefer not to be tracked this way.

Data Retention

We keep booking and contact information as long as needed to manage your event and for basic business recordkeeping (taxes, records of past clients). If you'd like your information deleted, just ask.

You can ask us at any time what information we have on you, and you can request it be corrected or deleted.
