The Winer Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Winer Things Club. By booking a tasting, you're agreeing to the terms below. Nothing here is meant to scare you off, we just want everyone (you, your guests, and us) covered.

Bookings & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of your event. We currently accept cash, check, and Zelle. Your date isn't locked in until the deposit is received.

 

Cancellation & Refunds

All bookings are final. We don't offer refunds once a tasting is confirmed. Need to reschedule? Reach out at least 48 hours before your event and we'll find a new date. If we ever need to cancel on our end, you'll get a full reschedule, refund or credit toward a future tasting, no exceptions.

Age & Alcohol Policy

This is a 21+ experience. It's the host's (or company's) responsibility to make sure all attending guests meet the legal drinking age. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or disruptive, for everyone's safety.

 

Liability

All guests are required to sign a liability waiver before the tasting begins. By booking with us, the host or company confirms that all attendees will complete this waiver. The Winer Things Club and Win Business Collective LLC are not responsible for injury, property damage, or incidents arising from alcohol consumption or guest conduct during the event.

 

Photo & Media Use

We may take photos or video during your tasting for use on our website and social channels. If you'd rather we didn't, just let us know in writing before the event and we'll leave the cameras home.

 

Space & Setup (Private Tastings)

For at-home tastings, the host is responsible for providing adequate space, seating, and basic setup for the group size booked. We'll let you know exactly what we need ahead of time.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
